By posting, linking or using our Trademark Name(s), affiliate names or domain names or breaching any of our specific rules, you agree to pay us $100,000.00 for each occurrence of this infringement, unless we have granted you permission, or by us subscribing to a Search Engine Directory or their affiliates. Our names can only be used by lawful comparison matters and NOT as keywords or in any meta tag.
In the event that you so choose to take part in any of the above acts that are deemed by us to break these policies you consent to exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue in Winnebago County, Wisconsin, or the nearest district court for Oshkosh, WI district, and agree that it shall be the sole forum and venue for any and all disputes between you and USell Corp™, or its subsidiaries or affiliated companies and/or third party licensors
