This page allows you download a "set" of orders to your computer from the store's database system. This allows you to take the downloaded information and import it into a database or spreadsheet program on your computer.

SELECTION
Before you may download orders, you need to tell the store which orders you want. This is done by completing the selection fields on this page and clicking the CONTINUE button. If the store finds any orders that fit your selection criteria, it will display a page with three download links on it. The download links allow you to retrieve the order and product information from the store (in the form of text files) and copy it to your computer.

TYPE OF ORDER
This is used to select what type of order you want to download. You have the option to download ALL types of processed orders (PROCESSED, CANCELLED, and SHIPPED) or just a specific type of order (PROCESSED, CANCELLED, SHIPPED, or NEW).

ORDER DATE FROM
When downloading orders, the store uses this field to select which orders to include in the download files. Only orders taken on or after this date will be selected.

ORDER DATE TO
When downloading orders, the store uses this field to select which orders to include in the download files. Only orders taken on or before this date will be selected.

DOWNLOAD FILE TYPE
There are two type of download file formats that can be selected: TAB DELIMITED or COMMA DELIMITED. Most database programs and spreadsheets can import both types of file formats. Please select the format you want to use.

INCLUDE FIELD TITLES
This allows you to control whether or not the download file contains a header row containing the title for each field in the file. The default setting is NO.

NOTE: many database and spreadsheet programs are able to make use of this header row for defining field names and importing data. You may wish this setting to be YES.
