Email Request Forms
This allows you create Email Request Forms for your store. Once created, they can be linked to and shown from any department, category, or sub-category. Email request forms are used to gather information (e.g. Contact Us Form) from your customers and send this data to you via email. Once you setup a form, use the FIELDS button to add input fields to the form.
